Work Schedule

Tuesday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Sunday & Monday: Days off





All working hours are based on Central Time (U.S.).

Each shift includes one hour of breaks: a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. The daily schedule also includes a morning team meeting.

What You'll Do

- Make targeted outbound calls to homeowners in Texas, USA.
- Engage prospective customers in meaningful conversations about energy-efficient home
- Explain how these upgrades may help homeowners reduce their monthly electricity
- expenses.
- Identify customer needs, qualify potential opportunities, and schedule appointments for
- Participate in team meetings, sales training, and coaching sessions.
- Consistently work toward performance goals while developing your communication,
- persuasion, and sales skills.
