In this position, you will be an integral member of one of our customer service teams, directly supporting our clients' daily business operations and enabling their success.

Major Responsibilities:

- Deliver superior customer service to clients, customers and stakeholders
- Communicate with vendors to ensure accurate & timely fulfillment activities
- Invoice orders once shipped
- Resolve issues/inquiries from clients (e.g., delivery error)
- Maintain accurate inventory levels for assigned clients within ERP system
- Ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements
- Work closely with other departments to complete cross-functional tasks
- Manage a shared email box with team
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated success in delivering results & proactively overcoming obstacles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Committed to being a team player
- Capable and interested in building relationships with team and clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel)
- Familiarity working in an ERP system
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Bonus Points:

- 1-2+ years within a customer service-related industry
- 1-2+ years of data entry experience
- Experience within the Beverage Alcohol Industry
