We're looking for a Driver Recruiter to help us attract and hire top driver and warehouse talent. If you have experience sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing in US
- Experience recruiting truck drivers is highly preferred
- Knowledge of driver, dispatcher, warehouse, dock worker, or forklift operator roles
- Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS, and CRM platforms
- Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
