Technical Operations Analyst (API & Security)

We are looking for a Technical Operations Analyst with 2+ years of experience to support the security, reliability, and day-to-day operations of client-facing integration platforms. You'll work closely with Operations, Security, Engineering, and client stakeholders to manage API credentials, troubleshoot integration issues, coordinate vulnerability remediation, and support platform stability.

This is not a software development role. It's ideal for someone with a background in technical support, application support, systems administration, or technical operations who enjoys solving problems and working with APIs.

What You'll Do

- Manage API credential rotations and authentication updates.
- Test, validate, and troubleshoot APIs and integration issues.
- Support client-facing integration platforms and operational processes.
- Coordinate with clients on maintenance activities and technical changes.
- Monitor, track, and support vulnerability remediation efforts.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Operations teams to resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and platform reliability.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in Technical Support,



Application Support, Technical Operations, Systems Administration, or similar roles
- Experience working with APIs and integrations
- Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, API Keys, OAuth, and token-based authentication
- Experience testing and troubleshooting APIs
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Advanced English proficiency

Nice to Have

- Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or other enterprise integration platforms
- Familiarity with vulnerability management tools such as Veracode, Qualys, Rapid7, or Microsoft Defender
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and common application security vulnerabilities
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Basic scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Exposure to Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, or compliance-focused environments
