Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Case Manager to support our growing legal team. This role is idóneo for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys both administrative and client-facing responsibilities. You will play a critical role in supporting case progression, maintaining client communication, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple practice areas.

Schedule

Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. PST [PST](United States of America)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To

- Ensuring all communications reflect professionalism and clarity
- Requesting, tracking, and organizing medical records and documentation
- Communicating with clients and medical providers via phone and email
- Maintaining organized case files and tracking deadlines




- Drafting motions, pleadings, and legal documents (training provided)
- Assisting with pre-litigation case development (Personal Injury)
- Supporting attorneys with case preparation

What We're Looking For

- Prior legal or law firm experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability
- Clear, confident, and articulate verbal communication
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive client interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
- Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
