As a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of software and technology projects while helping ensure alignment with business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong organizational skills with a technical mindset and a passion for driving projects forward.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate and track technical and software development projects from planning through delivery.
- Partner with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and status reporting.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and help remove roadblocks.
- Support Agile project delivery and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to emerging technology and AI-focused projects.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Technical Project Management, Product Operations, Scrum Master, or similar roles.
- Experience coordinating software, technology,



or digital projects.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of software development processes and technical workflows.
- Exposure to Python or general coding concepts.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguity.
- A proactive, hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have

- Experience supporting AI-related initiatives or products.
- Technical background in Engineering, Development, Data, or Analytics.
- Agile, Scrum, PMP, or related certifications.
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
