The Role: We are seeking an elite, highly motivated High Ticket Sales Closer to handle inbound seller consultations and convert warm opportunities into signed contracts. In this role, you will lead high-stakes negotiations, build quick rapport with property owners, present win-win acquisition offers, and close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Close Inbound Leads: Conduct high-converting phone consultations with incoming, high-intent Google Ad leads—no cold outreach required.
- Lead In-Depth Discovery: Evaluate seller motivation, property details, and situation specifics to tailor win-win cash offers.
- Negotiate & Lock In Contracts: Confidently present offers, overcome objections, handle high-pressure negotiation, and execute acquisition agreements.




- Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent, structured follow-ups within our CRM to maximize lead-to-contract conversion rates.
- Achieve Performance Targets: Track call metrics, conversion rates, and closed contract volume to consistently meet monthly revenue goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven Closing Track Record: Strong background in high-ticket direct sales, phone sales, or consultative deal-closing (real estate wholesaling or novations experience is a strong plus, but not required).
- Fluent English: Flawless verbal and written communication skills are strictly required.
- Objection Handling Master: Exceptional ability to navigate financial pushback, establish authority, and guide prospects toward closing decisions smoothly.
- CRM & Tech Savvy: Proficient in managing leads, task pipelines, and deal statuses through CRM platforms.
- Relentless Drive: Highly competitive, goal-oriented, and accountable with a strong desire for high earnings.
