The Opportunity

As an Associate Project Manager , you'll be the right hand to Project Managers at an integrated marketing agency, keeping customer projects on schedule, within scope, and in line with expectations from kickoff to delivery.

The agency helps brands across many industries grow through strategy, creative, digital marketing, CRM, web development, and media, and you will work across all of those teams to keep everyone aligned and informed.

It is a role built for growth: as you gain experience, you will take ownership of smaller projects and expand your responsibilities.

What you'll bring

Must-haves

- 2-3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, account services, or a related role.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English ,



including coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proactive problem-solving: you anticipate challenges, follow through on action items, and elevate issues when necessary.

- Foundational understanding of project management principles : planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and scope management.

- Comfort working in a collaborative environment where priorities evolve.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .

- Familiarity with project management platforms and time-tracking systems .

- A team-oriented mindset, strong accountability, and a willingness to learn and grow within project management.

Nice-to-haves

- Agency or marketing experience.

- Experience with Workamajig .
