MACA Advisors is expanding its investment banking practice across Latin America and the Caribbean, seeking a senior banker at Managing Director level or above to originate and lead M&A; and strategic advisory mandates in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, or New York.

The role requires a proven book of clients, cross-border transaction experience, and the ability to hire and develop a local team as the business grows.

Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
