BairesDev is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing specialist to own ABM programs with direct collaboration with US-based sales teams. You will design multi-channel campaigns, build data-driven automations, and maintain enriched CRM records to drive pipeline and revenue.

Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools in automations is expected, with a strong emphasis on English communication and international collaboration. This is a fully remote role supporting general Growth Marketing objectives.
