Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Pipeline GrowthBuild and manage a targeted pipeline of U.S.-based companies, including lead generation firms, performance marketing agencies, affiliate networks, publishers, call centers, and strategic partners.Identify, qualify, and engage key decision-makers, including CEOs, Founders, Partnership Directors, Growth Leaders, and Business Development Executives.Execute personalized outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to generate qualified business opportunities.Conduct discovery conversations to assess business needs, qualify prospects, and coordinate meetings with senior stakeholders.Drive opportunities through the sales funnel, supporting the transition from prospect to partnership, onboarding, and activation.
2. CRM Management, Automation & Performance ReportingMaintain accurate CRM records,



including opportunity stages, decision-makers, next actions, meeting outcomes, and follow-up activities.Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Operations, and Compliance teams to facilitate onboarding and remove operational barriers.Leverage AI-powered prospecting and enrichment tools to improve productivity, data quality, and campaign effectiveness.Track and report weekly performance metrics, including contacts reached, response rates, qualified meetings, opportunities created, activations, and key insights.Continuously optimize outreach strategies, messaging, segmentation, and conversion performance.
