About PATRIMO

PATRIMO is a fast-growing luxury real estate firm specializing in off-market transactions in Mexico City, Riviera Maya and Los Cabos. We have sold over 250 luxury properties and work with family offices and institutional investors. We are now opening a new business line: guiding Spanish-speaking Latin American buyers who want to diversify their wealth with real estate abroad, particularly in Miami and Madrid.

The role

We are looking for an entrepreneur at heart, hungry for money and success to qualify leads from Spanish-speaking buyers and guide them through to closing: properties and buildings starting at USD/EUR 1 million in Miami and Madrid, for investment, wealth diversification or personal use.

Your focus is 100% commercial. You do not source inventory or develop projects. PATRIMO already provides the leads, the marketing campaigns, the technology and an established network of local developers in each country. You turn that lead flow into closed transactions. Qualifying leads is about 80% of the work; the rest is coordinating with the local agents and real estate firms we partner with in each country, so that every deal moves forward until closing.

Responsibilities

Contact and qualify the leads generated by PATRIMO's marketing campaigns quickly (phone, WhatsApp, email, video call).

Understand each buyer's profile: budget, goal (investment, diversification or personal use), timeline and financing.

Present the opportunities in Miami and Madrid that best fit each profile.

Coordinate day to day with the local agents, real estate firms and developers we work with in each country, and follow each client through every stage, until signing and closing.





Build long-term relationships with buyers to generate repeat purchases and referrals.

Keep the CRM up to date and report on your pipeline. Who you are

Who you are

Entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for money. You want to earn a lot, you treat this role as your own business, and you chase every lead until it closes or says no. If you wait for instructions, this is not for you.

Fluent English, spoken and written. This is non-negotiable. Native or near-native Spanish.

Experience in sales and customer service; SDR, telemarketing or inside sales experience is highly valued. Real estate sales experience is a plus, but not required.

A genuine taste for phone prospecting and direct contact with clients.

High initiative, discipline and autonomy to work remotely.

Ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients and to coordinate efficiently with local agents and partner firms abroad.

Basic command of digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business, video calls).

Your own equipment: your own laptop and phone, with a stable internet connection.

Real availability to follow up with clients, prospect and keep the team informed of concrete progress. This is a service agreement (not full-time), but we expect a genuine time commitment.
