You’ll own one or more customer projects end to end. A typical day includes a standup with your delivery team, a call with a client CTO or executive team to review the latest demo, updating your PRD with new insights, syncing with your tech lead on tradeoffs, and maybe joining a prospective client call to help scope the next project.

You’ll work as an embedded insider. You’ll learn how each client makes money, which workflows matter, and who holds budget. You’ll use that to decide what to build, what to sequence, and when to say no. You’ll also separate real product bottlenecks from execution or change-management problems, and bring clear, evidence-backed signals back to engineering.

What we’re looking for

- 10+ years in product or engineering leadership roles where execution and customer trust were critical.
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
- Enough engineering depth to read code, hold your own in architecture discussions, and spot risky technical decisions.
- Full-cycle experience,



from concept to deployment.
- Strong commercial sense and the ability to translate between technical, product, and business stakeholders.
- Comfort with ambiguity, shifting requirements, and conflicting objectives. You start moving without waiting for perfect information.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
