We're Hiring Organizational Design Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Strategy & Organizational Design Consultant to join our growing consulting team and lead complex transformation engagements across multiple industries.

As organizations navigate rapid technological change, AI adoption, and evolving business models, we are seeking a recognized expert who can design future-ready organizations, operating models, and processes that enable sustainable growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

- Lead the design and development of Target Operating Models (TOMs) aligned to strategic business objectives.
- Assess current organizational structures, governance models, and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive organizational redesign initiatives, including workforce transformation, role definition, capability models, and decision-making frameworks.
- Analyze and redesign end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.
- Facilitate executive workshops and collaborate with senior stakeholders to define future-state operating models.
- Develop transformation roadmaps that integrate digital, automation,



and AI-driven capabilities.
- Support business development activities by contributing to proposals and client presentations.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven expertise in Organizational Design and Target Operating Model (TOM) development
- Strong experience assessing and transforming organizational structures, governance models, and operating processes
- Deep understanding of business process improvement and operating model transformation
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs within consulting firms or corporate strategy functions
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives and C-level stakeholders
- Strategic mindset combined with practical execution capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Background:

- 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Operations Transformation, Organizational Effectiveness, or Business Transformation.
- Experience working on organizational redesign, operating model transformation, and process optimization initiatives.
- Exposure to digital transformation and AI-enabled operating models is highly desirable.
