Coupa is seeking a Senior Collections Associate to manage a high-value portfolio across a general customer base. You will drive end-to-end collections, engage customers across channels, and work with Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk to resolve billing issues.

The role requires 5+ years in collections within SaaS, FMCG, or Financial Services, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or Zuora is highly valued.
