We’re hiring: Compensation & Benefits Specialist (US & LATAM)

Medellín | Hybrid | Full-time

If you’re passionate about compensation and benefits and want to make a regional impact, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

- Manage and improve compensation and benefits programs across the US and Latin America, aligned with company strategy and local market practices.
- Run market benchmarking and salary analysis to keep pay structures competitive and equitable.
- Support annual compensation cycles: salary reviews, merit increases, bonuses, promotions, and job leveling.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on hiring, internal mobility, and retention strategies.
- Analyze compensation data, trends, and internal equity, and build reports and dashboards that drive decisions.
- Coordinate benefits administration: enrollments, renewals, vendor management, and employee support.
- Ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations across the US and LATAM countries.
- Collaborate with payroll, finance, and legal teams, and support global mobility and regional compensation initiatives.

you’ll maintain accurate records in our HRIS, support audits, and stay ahead of market trends and legislative changes across the region.

What we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in payroll and compensation roles.
- Prior experience managing Compensation & Benefits processes in both the USA and LATAM.
- Strong knowledge of compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Experience working with multinational or regional organizations.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
