BairesDev is seeking a Proposal Manager, Presales to lead end-to-end proposals for software development and technology services. You will translate discovery notes and client conversations into compelling responses, coordinating input from Delivery and Security teams.

The role requires 4+ years of experience owning client-facing proposals, nearshore or offshore delivery knowledge, and strong English writing. This is a 100% remote position with versátil hours and competitive compensation in USD.
