AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Contact Center Engineer to configure, support, and improve a cloud telephony platform and its CRM integrations in a healthcare environment. You will configure routing, queues, IVR flows, and outbound workflows; build contact flows with scripting or automation tools; and coordinate CRM integrations using APIs, CTI, and data exchanges with Salesforce.

Familiarity with monitoring, incident response, on-call expectations, and delivering changes with proper rollback
