We are looking for someone who enjoys working with data and reports. The person will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, update dashboards, analyze information in Excel, and help ensure the data is accurate. This role works closely with different teams and supports management by providing reliable financial reporting and insights.

Location: Bogotá, Colombia (100% On-site)

Contract: Indefinite Term Contract

English Level: B2+ Required

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Extract, compile, and validate data from ERP systems and reporting tools
- Maintain reporting trackers, dashboards, and documentation




- Perform variance analysis and identify discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and verify data
- Deliver accurate reports within established deadlines

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Financial Reporting, MIS, FP&A;, or related reporting functions
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher
