Logistics Sales Representative (Freight Brokerage & Drayage)

Location: Barranquilla, Medellin, Bogota, Armenia,

Modality: Hybrid (First 2 months onsite for training and onboarding, then remote according to performance)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Logistics Sales Representative to join a fast-growing freight brokerage company specializing in drayage and logistics services. This position is idóneo for sales professionals who thrive in outbound prospecting, enjoy building client relationships, and are motivated by closing deals and exceeding targets.

What You'll Do

- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and cold calling (50-70 calls per day).
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new shipping customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare freight quotes and pricing proposals.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure customer success.
- Track sales activities, opportunities,



and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the company's growth and market expansion efforts.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in freight brokerage, transportation, or logistics.
- Strong outbound sales and cold-calling experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Resilience and confidence when handling objections and rejection.
