About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Developer / Data Analyst to join our team in Medellín. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights, developing dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into data warehouses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to business teams.
- Optimize and maintain database queries and data models.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.
- Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests.
- Document processes, data flows, and reporting logic.
- Monitor dashboard and reporting performance, identify bottlenecks,



and optimize queries, data models, and BI solutions for improved usability and efficiency.
- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to identify inconsistencies, resolve reporting issues, and maintain reliable business intelligence outputs.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related roles.
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query).
- Experience working in Agile environments.
