Community Sports Partners seeks a Head of Growth to own paid customer acquisition across youth and adult sports brands in the Greater Toronto Area and South Florida. You will manage CAD 700k in annual paid media, scaling to CAD 1.4M over 2.5 years, and own the CPA while running hands-on campaigns. You’ll define the acquisition strategy, build measurement systems, and lead a small distributed team across Google, Meta, and testing channels like TikTok. A record of scaling CAC/CPA is required.
