BairesDev is seeking a Head of Customer and Solutions Marketing to create and lead a new Customer Marketing area from the ground up. You’ll report to the CMO and oversee a small, cross‑functional team across three functions, shaping strategy from day one and collaborating with executives in Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing. You’ll own product marketing, drive go‑to‑market plans, and manage all collateral, campaigns, and events designed to upsell and reference existing clients.
