Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic Finance & Accounting environment? We are looking for a Bilingual Accounts Payable Analyst (English B2+) to join our team in Bogotá.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process invoices and manage payment cycles efficiently.
- Review invoice accuracy, coding, approvals, and tax compliance.
- Monitor AP aging and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare AP reports, dashboards, and management information reports (MIS).
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience (Must have)
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of AP processes, workflows, and controls.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
