Porch Group in Colombia is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers and mortgage companies by providing policy documents, verifying coverage, and processing payments. This role is remote and employed via RemoFirst, Porch Group’s EOR partner in Colombia.

The adecuado candidate has 2+ years of Property and Casualty Insurance experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced call center. Prior homeowners insurance experience is a plus.
