Financial and Pricing Analyst II is responsible for financial analysis, pricing support, reporting, reconciliation, and process improvement activities that support postage operations and broader business objectives. This role partners with Operations, Sales, Account Management, Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to analyze financial performance, support pricing decisions, optimize cost recovery, and deliver actionable insights that drive profitable business outcomes.

The idóneo candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets to solve complex business problems, improve operational processes, and support strategic decision-making.

We are looking for a Financial Analyst II who will:

Pricing & Profitability Analysis

- Develop, maintain, and analyze pricing models for products, services, and customer solutions.
- Support new business opportunities, customer proposals, contract renewals, and pricing updates.
- Conduct customer, product, service, and contract profitability analysis.
- Develop financial models and business cases to support pricing decisions.
- Evaluate cost changes and business impacts and recommend pricing actions to support revenue and margin objectives.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Account Management teams to develop pricing strategies and customer solutions.
- Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Postage Reconciliation & Financial Support

- Reconcile postage transactions between USPS,



customer accounts, internal systems, and billing records.
- Support postage expense tracking and validation activities.
- Assist with customer reimbursement and postage recovery reconciliations.
- Research and resolve transaction discrepancies.
- Maintain supporting documentation and audit records.

Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare recurring postage, reimbursement, and cost reports.
- Analyze postage spending trends and variances.
- Support dashboard development and data visualization efforts.
- Compile data for management reporting and decision support.

Process Improvement & Automation

- Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial, pricing, and operational processes.
- Develop and enhance reporting and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other technologies.
- Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and workflow efficiency.
- Document business processes, controls, and standard operating procedures.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, accounting, operations analysis, or a related analytical role.




- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Lookups, and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex financial information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

- Experience with pricing, profitability analysis, and financial modeling.
- Experience with USPS postage programs, postal accounting, or mailing operations.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, or other business intelligence tools.
