Leadsales is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our Bogotá D.C. Metropolitan Area team. This full-time, on-site role guides new clients through setup, configures WhatsApp CRM workflows, and ensures successful adoption of Leadsales features.

You will conduct onboarding calls and demos, document requirements, and create simple training materials. You will work closely with Customer Success and Support to track progress and identify opportunities for process improvements.
