Perle is seeking a country lead in Colombia to own the entire country’s operations, from recruitment to business sign-ups and field supervision. You will recruit ambassadors, manage a field team, and drive weekly performance through dashboards while reporting to HQ.

Idóneo candidates will bring ground operations experience, a strong local network in service/manufacturing, and the ability to hustle in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
