You will handle inbound and outbound calls related to scheduling, authorization and eligibility, and billing inquiries, working closely with the administrative team.

The idóneo candidate has 2+ years in healthcare call centers, is fluent in Spanish and English, and can work US business hours (EST) remotely from Colombia.
