Buscamos un líder de negocio con visión regional, capaz de gestionar la complejidad de múltiples mercados, influir sin autoridad formal y contribuir a la construcción de un cluster en evolución. Esta posición será responsable de desarrollar y adaptar estrategias de marca para el cluster CCAM (Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Panamá, Puerto Rico y Centroamérica/Caribe), liderando iniciativas de crecimiento, planes de demanda, innovación y ejecución comercial en estrecha colaboración con equipos multifuncionales.

In this role, you will:

Como Regional Brand Manager CCAM serás responsable de:

- Liderar el negocio de las categorías a cargo, gestionando sus principales drivers de P&L; y crecimiento.
- Analizar el desempeño de las categorías e identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Desarrollar estrategias regionales y planes de creación de demanda alineados con las necesidades de cada mercado y los objetivos del negocio.
- Liderar iniciativas de innovación regional y proyectos locales, asegurando lanzamientos exitosos.
- Gestionar el presupuesto de Advertising & Sales Promotion (A&SP;) y sus procesos financieros asociados.
- Participar en procesos clave de planificación del negocio, incluyendo S&OP;, Budget, Quarterly Updates y Long-Range Planning.
- Influir y alinear equipos regionales y locales para impulsar resultados de negocio.
- Contribuir al desarrollo del modelo operativo, procesos y mejores prácticas del cluster CCAM.

What we look for:

- Más de 7 años de experiencia en Marketing, Trade Marketing o Ventas, idealmente dentro de compañías de consumo masivo (FMCG).
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en posiciones de Brand Management.




- Experiencia comprobada gestionando marcas en al menos uno de los países que conforman el cluster CCAM.
- Experiencia liderando categorías, roles regionales o proyectos de innovación serán altamente valoradas.

- Capacidad excepcional para simplificar la complejidad: experiencia demostrada gestionando múltiples stakeholders, mercados diversos, portafolios amplios y/o prioridades cambiantes que prospere en entornos VUCA.
- Pensamiento estratégico y sólida capacidad analítica.
- Alta orientación a resultados y resolución efectiva de problemas.
- Capacidad comprobada para influir, alinear y liderar equipos multifuncionales.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Adaptabilidad, proactividad y orientación al trabajo colaborativo.
- Mentalidad de dueño de negocio, con capacidad para balancear crecimiento, rentabilidad y ejecución.

Educación e Idiomas

- Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración, carreras afines o experiencia equivalente.
- Inglés y español avanzados.
