Requirements

- B2B digital sales-current and new accounts
- Management of both large and small digital campaigns including SEM, Display, Video, Remarketing and Connected TV
- Join sales team on client meetings to help close digital accounts
- Ownership of digital marketing strategies to hit client goals
- Development of digital strategies with internal team to hit revenue goals
- Monitor and adjust digital campaigns weekly to achieve client goals
- Work with leadership team to innovate and grow the digital department




- Meet with sales staff regularly to provide support and feedback on digital platforms
- Conduct monthly meetings with current digital clients to review analytics and pacing to client goals and objectives
- Execute digital training for sales management, account executives and other team members
- Continue to grow the digital department and revenue with new technology and capabilities to maintain a competitive advantage in the market for Zimmer Communications

Qualifications

- 2 years working in digital marketing or equivalent experience
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification (familiarity with GA4 preferred)
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and experience analyzing digital marketing performance
- Experience managing Google Ads search campaigns
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of targeted display, video (YouTube) and streaming TV advertising.
- Working knowledge of new digital media capabilities.
- Effective relationship building, customer service, communication and negotiation skills
- College degree preferred
- Passionate about new and emerging marketing technology
- Goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients grow
