About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with strong experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, process automation, and data management. The idóneo candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions while collaborating with technical and functional teams.

Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Configure Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and objectives.
- Troubleshoot incidents and provide functional support to end users.
- Develop and maintain documentation and deliver user training.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Salesforce processes and functionality.

Requirements

- Must haveAdminister, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform.

- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decision-making.
- Manage Salesforce environments, testing activities, and deployments.

Preferred Certifications

- Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Business Analyst
