Solutions & Payroll is seeking an Internal HR Analyst and Recruiter for a key client in real estate. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and payroll support. Strong knowledge of Colombian labor law and confidential information handling is required.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with one remote work day, blending in-person and hybrid work. Spanish-speaking candidates with English B2 level+ are preferred. Travel availability is expected.
