Emapta Colombia is seeking a PTO Analyst to optimize global PTO configurations, resolve accrual discrepancies, and strengthen HR compliance for US clients. This remote role offers continuous learning and exposure to international HR practices.

You will configure PTO plans in internal systems, troubleshoot balance issues, and serve as SME for PTO design alongside IT, Payroll, and HR teams. The position supports career growth within Emapta's integral talent community.
