We are expanding our Finance and Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) division and are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team at the Auxis corporate office in Centro Empresarial Connecta 26.

If you have a strong background in Colombian statutory compliance, multi-entity accounting, and love driving process improvements, this is the perfect role for you! Reporting directly to the Accounting Supervisor, you will own the accounts receivable cycle while supporting US entity accounting and month-end closes.

What You’ll Do:

- Support monthly entity-level closes across multiple US entities and business units.
- Take hands-on ownership of the Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle, including invoicing, cash application, and collections.
- Manage fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and recurring accruals.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors for Cámara de Comercio renewals and transfer pricing documentation.




- Build ad hoc schedules and financial analysis for leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

- Public accountant
- 3+ years of end-to-end accounting experience, ideally within a multinational or mid-sized company.
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting and keeping intercompany balances straight.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Bill.com, Siigo).
- Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) for daily written and verbal communication.
