What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, Luxury Sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, customer service tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

Schedule & Availability Requirements

This position requires full schedule flexibility.

- Availability to work Monday through Sunday
- 42 hours per week
- 2 days off per week
- Rotating shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM
- Candidates must be comfortable working varying schedules based on business needs
