What would you do?

- Lead the technical vision, architecture, and execution of our Internal Tools platform.

- Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions using Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.

- Act as the technical bridge between Operations and Engineering, ensuring alignment across teams.

- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and career development.

- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI.

- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.

- Own technical quality, security, performance, and observability across our internal products.

- Stay hands-on by contributing code while leading technical decision-making.

?? Your experience has been shaped by

- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, including experience leading technical teams.

- Strong expertise with Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.

- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.

- Experience working in high-growth SaaS companies, marketplaces, or startup environments.

- Proven experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, and Engineering.





- Strong understanding of software security, observability, and engineering best practices.

- English level B2 or above.
