Role Overview

Lead BD, liquidity growth, and strategic partnerships for Aster. Execution-driven — focused on trading volume growth, liquidity onboarding, and key relationship management across the crypto ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute BD strategy to drive trading volume and liquidity growth
- Manage relationships with MMs, VIP/Quant trading firms, liquidity providers, VCs, KOLs, and ecosystem partners
- Own liquidity onboarding including MM integration and ongoing relationship management
- Set KPIs and targets for BD team (volume, liquidity depth, partner performance)




- Collaborate with product and technical teams on partner integrations (CEX futures / DEX)
- Represent company at industry events, conferences, and summits
- Provide regular updates to senior management on BD progress

Requirements

- 5+ years BD experience in crypto / Web3
- 2+ years team management experience
- Solid experience in MM/liquidity partnerships, VIP/institutional trading, commercial negotiations
- Strong understanding of derivatives / futures trading
- Bilingual: English + Chinese preferred
- APAC time zone availability
- Startup / entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus

Nice to Have

- Early-stage or fast-growing team experience
- Exposure to both CEX and DEX environments
- Existing network with MMs, quant funds, or liquidity institutions
