Fronte is looking for a hungry, AI-native full-stack engineer with some real fintech experience under their belt.

Fronte is building the financial OS for cross-border families, combining local payments, stablecoins, household finances, rewards, and eventually credit into one shared platform.

We're looking for someone relatively early in their career (2–3ish years), who's already gotten their hands dirty building and shipping fintech products in Latin America.

A few things that would really stand out:

- Real fintech experience. You've worked with third-party APIs for payments, banking, KYC, cards, or other financial infrastructure. You understand that getting money to move reliably is a lot harder than making an API call.
- Consumer product experience. You've helped ship something real, ideally across multiple LatAm markets, and dealt with the messy realities of launches, integrations, and local rails.
- Strong full-stack fundamentals.



React/TypeScript, some backend experience, and the curiosity to pick up whatever the product needs next.
- Experience building with crypto/stables/blockchain.
- Truly AI-native. Claude Code, Cursor, agents, etc. are already a big part of how you work, and you're constantly finding ways to build faster and better.
- Startup mentality. You're resourceful, ambitious, happy to wear multiple hats, and genuinely excited about the intensity, ownership, and upside of building something from an early stage.
