Then join Danfoss as Logistics Supervisor in our Global Logistics Operations & Fulfillment Team. You will be reporting to the Regional Logistics Manager to Latin America.

- Here is a platform to innovate ideas, use your experience and coordinate logístical functions, ensuring cost effectiveness and smooth functioning of the whole process. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will work with internal sales and General Services team to_
- support to deliver logistics services within the areas of warehousing, freight and import/export from the local distribution center to divisions in Danfoss Group._
- You will be motivated by the challenges and will excel in running complex processes across borders and business and will contribute towards delivering to the high standards. We offer you this opportunity to be part of Global Logistics Operations & Fulfillment, an internal service provider responsible for the implementation and execution of the strategies, policies and services in accordance with the service level agreements with the Divisions._

Responsibilities :

- Ensuring a smooth delivery of Danfoss products from the local warehouse (Vendor Management)_
- Coordinating the local appointed forwarder to ensure a delivery level as per local SLA
- Maintaining the existing Web Portal for Logistics
- Ensuring that Danfoss is compliant throughout the entire delivering process to end customers
- Reporting weekly and monthly as per guidelines in the agreed SLA
- Ensuring that budget locally is kept
- Developing, motivating and ensuring performance culture in the team

Background & Skills :

- Strong experience as a Senior professional in this field, with proven experience




- Background and/ or specialization, preferable in Import and Export area
- Advanced English for participation in meetings with foreigners, making presentations and for written communication
- Knowledge on SAP (MM module).
- Knowledge in Business process improvement
- Quality ISO 9000 process/ AEO / TS Risk Management / PFMEA & 8D - Compliance foreign trade regulations and requirements for operations HTS Classification
- Strong Analytical skills and high level of proficiency of use of tools (MS-Office) - Flair in Freight negotiations
