Medellín

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Web Design Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You’ll extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes and core components that a build pipeline can execute without questions.

This is a senior, systems-first role focused on rapid, correct system delivery across multiple client brands, with strong English and US business-hour overlap. Remote work is available for Latin America.
