Community Sports Partners is seeking a Coordinator to plan, sell and execute sports programs from setup to growth. The role is remote for Latin America & the Caribbean, with evenings and weekends aligned to Toronto time. You will own budgets, venues, registrations and customer experience, driving growth and on-time delivery.

Starting pay is USD 1,000–1,500 per month, plus USD 1,000+ monthly performance bonuses. Promotion to Manager depends on six-month results and readiness.
