An early-stage legal tech startup backed by leading investors, building AI-powered tools for transactional lawyers. The product helps legal teams draft, review, and negotiate contracts faster, turning hours of manual work into minutes.
Already gaining traction with law firms across Europe. The company ships fast, iterates weekly, and is building the founding team. This is a ground‑floor opportunity with meaningful equity and outsized impact.
The role
You’ll own the product end to end. As the first senior PM hire, you’ll define what gets built, talk to customers daily, and ship features that change how transactional lawyers work. This isn’t a roadmap management role, it’s a building role.
Why this role
You’ll shape a product used by some of the world’s top law firms. Every decision you make has direct impact on how transactional lawyers draft, review, and negotiate contracts. No layers, no committees, just you, the team, and the problem.
What you’ll do
1. Own the product roadmap for the AI-powered contract drafting and review experience.
2. Lead customer discovery with transactional lawyers at law firms and in‑house legal teams.
3. Translate complex legal workflows into simple, delightful product experiences.
4. Work directly with engineering and design to ship weekly.
5.
Define success metrics and validate solutions through customer feedback and usage data.
6. Shape the product vision for how AI transforms transactional legal work.
What we’re looking for
1. 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise tools.
2. Experience building 0‑to‑1 products or leading major product bets at early‑stage companies.
3. Comfortable with ambiguity. You define the problem before solving it.
4. Strong technical intuition, especially around AI/ML‑powered features.
5. Excellent communicator who can talk to lawyers and engineers in the same afternoon.
6. Bonus: experience in legal tech, contract management, or regulated industries.
What we offer
- Early‑stage equity (meaningful, not symbolic)
- Competitive salary benchmarked against top European tech
- Fully remote, anywhere in Europe
- Team offsites 2 to 3×/year (London, Berlin, or Lisbon)
- €2,000 home office budget
- €1,500/year learning & development budget
- 30 days PTO + public holidays
