Position : Incident Manager Supervisor Salary : Competitive Industry : Healthcare / Technology
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end incident lifecycle: management, escalation, communication, investigation, and resolution.
Requirements :
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical or leadership IT roles (e.g., Systems Analyst, Network Engineer, Developer).
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks (preferred).
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- English level: B2 minimum.
