Job Description We are looking for mid-level Salesforce Business Analysts to join our team. This role includes:

- Elicitation and documentation of complex functional requirements.
- End-to-end modeling of business processes (Subscription, Claims).
- Preparation of BRD/FSD documents.
- Gap analysis between Salesforce/Vlocity and business requirements.
- Configuration of OmniStudio components.
- Product Backlog management.
- Organizational and execution skills.
- Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across different departments and technology vendors as required by the project.

Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in functional consulting.
- Experience in digital transformation in the insurance sector.
- At least 1 completed Salesforce/Vlocity implementation.
- Experience with Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
- Work in multidisciplinary teams.




- Knowledge of Salesforce Core (Accounts, Cases).
- Proficiency in OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptors).
- BPMN 2.0 notation and writing User Stories/Gherkin.
- Proficiency in tools like Miro/Figma and basic SQL.
- Language skills will be valued.
