Job Description Junior Support Technician with experience in Middleware for incorporation into a long-term project, with the possibility of internal promotion in the medium term. The project runs 24x7 in a mixed team between Spain and Colombia, so availability to work rotating shifts 7 days a week is required.
Profile
- Mid-level or university technical degree (Computer Systems, Telecommunications or similar)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Middleware systems support technician
- Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following technologies:
- Apache, Jboss, Weblogic, Tomcat
- Kubernetes, Openshift
- API Platforms
- Application and software deployment
- Oracle SOA Suite
- Tuxedo, MQ, Spazio, CICS
- Experience in incident management and systems monitoring
- Good communication skills with team members, managers and clients are essential
- Good level of oral and written expression
- Availability to work 24x7 shifts
- Valuable: English B1-B2
- Valuable: Technical certifications related to the position
