The role

Join a strategic cloud-based platform team focused on delivering seamless access to passenger processing and operational applications through modern virtualization and cloud technologies.

As a Software Implementation Engineer, you will lead the technical implementation, configuration, and integration of digital solutions from design through production. You will work closely with customers, Product, Engineering, QA, and Delivery teams to configure solutions, integrate APIs and backend services, customize code and structures across frontend and backend layers, troubleshoot complex issues, support testing and deployment, and ensure successful go-live and production stabilization.

Role Responsibilities

- Lead technical implementation, configuration, and integration activities from requirements through production.
- Implement frontend and backend customizations by writing custom code and modifying existing UI, data, and application structures to align with customer needs.
- Configure digital solutions according to customer requirements, business rules, environments, and product capabilities.
- Manage and validate configuration across development, test, staging, and production environments.
- Integrate and troubleshoot REST APIs, web applications, backend services, and databases.
- Use SQL to validate data, investigate issues, and support root-cause analysis.
- Translate business and functional requirements into appropriate technical configurations, code modifications,and integration solutions.
- Analyze configuration, API exchanges, application logs, database data,



and system behavior to troubleshoot end-to-end issues.
- Support customer development teams with technical guidance, configuration recommendations, code-level integration, and integration best practices.
- Coordinate technical testing, configuration validation, deployment readiness, go-live, and production stabilization.
- Contribute to configuration automation, reusable implementation patterns, technical documentation, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in Software Integration, Frontend Software Engineering , or similar technical roles.
- Strong experience with solution/application configuration and configuration management.
- Hands-on Frontend development skills—ideally with Angular—to modify UI components, workflows, and frontend structures for client customizations.
- Backend development experience with direct code modifications, business logic adjustments, and structural customizations for client integration.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical parameters, business rules, code changes, structural modifications, feature settings, and environment-specific configurations.
- Strong knowledge of REST/JSON APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, web technologies, and authentication.
- Good SQL and relational database skills, including joins, aggregations, subqueries, and data analysis.
- Experience troubleshooting across code, configuration, application, API,



and database layers.
- Understanding of environment and release management, including code and configuration consistency across test and production environments.
- Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, testing, CI/CD, and production deployment.
- Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills.
- Strong customer-facing communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take ownership of complex technical issues and drive them to resolution.
- Airline, travel, or digital/e-commerce experience is a strong plus.
- Advanced level of English required (B2 - C1)
