HR Generalist – Payroll Focus (Bilingual)

A well-known multinational in the telecommunications industry is looking for an HR Generalist with a focus on Payroll and advanced English skills. The selected candidate will join the team and ensure accurate, timely, and service-oriented people management.

Key responsibilities:

- Report and manage payroll changes for each pay period, including new hires, terminations, sick leave, leaves of absence, time off, and overtime, among others.
- Prepare and review final employment settlements in accordance with current labor regulations.
- Review and monitor biometric system records, validating attendance, absenteeism, and hours worked.
- Respond to internal and external client requests promptly and with high quality.
- Build Excel reports, databases, and controls to track performance.
- Support other HR processes as required by the business.

Requirements:

- Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist,



Payroll Analyst, or in similar roles.
- Advanced English (B2 or higher), spoken and written.
- Advanced Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and conditional formulas, among others.
- Knowledge of Colombian labor law, payroll processing, and statutory employee benefits.
- Service orientation, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Conditions:

- Salary between $3M and $4M COP, depending on experience
- Bilingual (English – B2 or above).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Location: Bogotá
- Work model: 100% on-site
