Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage the end-to-end project billing process.

✅ Ensure invoices are prepared accurately and submitted on time according to contract terms, project milestones, timesheets, and client requirements.

✅ Review and validate billing data to ensure compliance and accuracy.

✅ Collaborate with Project Managers, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.

✅ Maintain accurate billing records and support audit requirements.

✅ Monitor billing cycles and proactively address issues to meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.





✔ 2+ years of experience in project billing, invoicing, revenue operations, or similar financial roles.

✔ English proficiency: B2 level or higher.

✔ Strong understanding of project-based billing methodologies and contract compliance.

✔ Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.

✔ Solid knowledge of ERP systems.

✔ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

✔ Strong communication, professionalism, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
