We’re hiring: HR Analyst – Talent Acquisition in Bogotá

Are you passionate about connecting top talent with business needs? We’re looking for a recruitment professional ready to take on a strategic role, working closely with key business areas and making a real impact on attracting specialized talent.

What you’ll do:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, offer design, candidate communication and talent attraction based on each position’s needs.

Gain deep insight into key business areas, build talent maps and maintain ongoing engagement with high-value candidates.

Provide concrete, actionable input to optimize the recruitment process based on your operational experience.

Manage institutional alliances and job fairs, and strengthen the employer brand through strategic partnerships with universities.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.

3+ years of HR experience, specifically in a Recruiter role.

English level B2 or above.





Experience identifying active and passive talent across multiple platforms and internal databases.

Ability to partner with hiring managers to scope roles and guide the full recruitment cycle.

Knowledge of talent market trends, competitor analysis and key talent pools.

Skill in managing compensation expectations and leveraging the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to secure candidates.

Experience delivering recruitment metrics, market reports and salary trends to support strategic decisions.

Conditions:

Location: Bogotá, 100% on-site

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Salary range: COP 4,300,000 – 6,000,000.
